A huge thank you goes out from us at St Gatien to the heath men who have done a fantastic job keeping the artifical surfaces open. They have also made a great effort to keep the horsewalks snow and ice free.
We have sucessfully exercised all the horses every day so far throughout the cold snap, we only have an inch of snow here. With all jump racing being abandoned over the last few days we are turning to the all-weather with some of our dual purpose horses who are telling us they would like to run! We have Little Firecracker declared to run at Kempton tomorrow and then on Wednesday we could be represented by Chalice Welcome, Farleigh House, Gunnadoit, and possibly Cheshire Prince, at Lingfield. |
